Join us for Screenwriters' Secrets, screenwriting tips and clips from three of Boston's esteemed screenwriting teachers: Danny Rubin, screenwriter of the movie Groundhog Day and Harvard faculty member; Susan Steinberg, award-winning Lulu in Berlin's filmmaker-writer and Harvard Summer School faculty; Mark Weinberg, writer for USA network, A&E, faculty member at Brandeis, B.U. and Emerson College.

Presentations will examine specific writing elements, including: tips on visual writing; back story strategies to deepen scene and plot; and creating sympathetic characters. Film clips and script examples accompany presentations. An audience Q&A will follow, offering the opportunity to ask panelists any and all questions concerning scripts and writing. The open, candid and free-ranging discussion is guaranteed to be fun!
